RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days (2 WEEKS) after receiving your item to request a return.
For non defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. Customer does have the responsibility to provide new shipping label, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted,
and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee. All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 14 days of the delivery date. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges are no longer accepted
Torch Nation has the right to refuse returns that have exceeded the 14 days allowed time after delivery. For additional help please contact us at: support@torchnationshop.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, INCLUDING candles). We do not accept returns for DIGITAL PRODUCTS, APPAREL SIZES XL-6XL, & DIGITAL PRODUCTS AS THEY ARE FINAL SALE! NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address. We offer refunds if you meet the following:
(1) Items must be sent in the same condition as you received it. Customer must also provide return shipping label
(2) Email us at support@torchnationshop.com
(Name, Order Number, and any information of why you are requesting a refund to better serve you).
All online order returns, refunds and exchanges must be made through our returns process through our customer service team via support@torchnationshop.com
We have a 14 day money back guarantee with a 30% restocking fee. Once everything is complete, we will process your refund and it may take 3-5 business days to process through your bank. Do not send your purchase back to the address from which it came. CONTACT US FOR RETURN ADDRESS - PLEASE REMEMBER it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too (causing to make it longer then the initial 3-5 business days)
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
● To begin the returns process, please send an email to our customer service support team at support@torchnationshop.com
with your Name, Order Number, Picture of the defective product/incorrect item and reason for return/refund.
● As soon as we receive the request, our customer service team will review the order and will provide feedback within the next 24-48 hours.
● Package your return using the return label you (customer) provide and drop off at a UPS facility. You need to contact support for return address Do not send returns to the original address.
● You will be notified when your return has been received at our warehouse.
Lost Order
We can send a replacement of the order and have it ready within the next 72 hours. If your tracking number states your order was delivered, but you claim you did not receive it, we have to rely on the tracking number. We would require you to provide a claim ID from the local post office and validate it, as soon as the review is complete, we will be sending a replacement for carriers mistake
Returned to Sender
If you provide the wrong address, and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we will reship it to you. You will need to pay a shipping and handling fee to cover the costs of reshipping. If you choose not to have us reship the order, we will refund you, but the refund will not include original shipping costs, priority processing or insurance. There will be a 30% restocking fee taken out of the refund as well. Sometimes these packages are refused by the manufacturer and destroyed by the postal carrier.
If you want to change the address, you will need to pay the shipping and handling fee SO PLEASE PUT ACCURATE SHIPPING INFORMATION
Order Cancellation
All of our products are printed on demand, especially for each customer at the time that they order. Because of this, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 12 hours after purchase. Orders for Apparel, Mugs, Custom Orders and Ornaments cannot be canceled or modified at all.
Clearance Items
Items sold on clearance cannot be returned or refunded. They may not include original packaging. We make no guarantees about the condition of these items.
International Shipping
Customs Duties, Tax and charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.
